Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a politician, and a television host on MSNBC, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and the former co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagar Enjeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they were quitting the show to launch their own project called Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is co-hosting Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared as a guest on programs such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) as well as CNN (CNBC). Ball is engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball credits her interest in politics to the fact that she became a mother during the 2008 primaries, and was also able be able to watch the US presidential elections while in Jordan. She saw the effects it had on residents of her home country and was inspired to understand the global impact of US politics. She was part of the Senior Fellow member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was nominated by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District in the election of 2010. However, she lost to Rob Wittman. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015. She established the People's House Project, an action committee that works for Democratic causes in May 2017.
